Family in Meerut Prepares a Splendid Sacrifice Worth 700,000 for Eid al-Adha

Meerut: The vibrant city of Meerut is buzzing with excitement as the Muslim community, known for their dedication to the festival of Eid al-Adha, is eagerly preparing for the grand sacrificial event. With a colossal sum of 700,000 rupees invested, a family has found the most exquisite and finest specimen of a sacrificial goat of mewati breed of Alwar. This magnificent animal stands approximately 6 feet tall, weighing around 200 kilograms, making it a truly remarkable sight.

The family for their passion and love for their Mevati breed, diligently nurtured and raised this prized goat over a period of 14 months. The family’s anticipation for this auspicious occasion is palpable, as they consider the sacrifice of their beloved goat as the pinnacle of their devotion.

Aside from the preparation for the sacrificial offering, the family also takes utmost care of the dietary requirements of the mewati goat. Their day begins with a hearty breakfast consisting of 2 kilograms of roasted chickpeas, followed by a nutritious lunch comprising of greens and vegetables. Additionally, before retiring for the night, the family ensures the consumption of a healthy dose of calcium through milk and butter, emphasizing their commitment to maintaining a balanced diet.
