The caretaker of the mosque in West Bengal is a Hindu family, taking care of it for a long time;

A Hindu family has set an example in North 24 Parganas of West Bengal. In fact, for more than 50 years, this family has been taking care of a mosque here. Parthasarathy Bose, the caretaker of the mosque, told ANI, We came here from Bangladesh in the year 1964. We got this property here in Bangladesh in exchange for our land. That’s when our family had decided not to remove the mosque. Parthasarathy told that during this time his father Deepak Kumar Bose was suggested by many people that this mosque should be demolished but he did not agree to this.


Parthasarathy further said that we are keeping this in mind till now and will continue to do so. There is no gap or rift between Hindus and Muslims. Due to some politics and leaders all this becomes an issue but they will not be successful in their intention. The caretaker of the mosque, Deepak Kumar Bose, said that people from the Muslim community from different areas come here to offer prayers and we have appointed an imam for the azaan. Parthasarathy Bose said that till now no one has objected to Hindus taking care of the mosque.
