Punjab Exit Poll 2022: Channi, Bhagwant Mann Or Captain, On Whom Do The People Of Punjab Trust?

People voted for 117 assembly seats in Punjab. In this election, about 65 per cent voting took place in Punjab. While Congress bet on Charanjit Singh Channi, who took over as CM in the state a few months back, the reputation of Bhagwant Mann from the Aam Aadmi Party is at stake. On the other hand, by forming a new party, Captain Amarinder Singh is in the electoral fray with BJP. Shiromani Akali Dal is also in the fray.

Exit poll prediction

India Today Axis My India exit poll has predicted a thumping majority for the Aam Aadmi Party in Punjab. AAP is expected to get 76 to 90 seats in Punjab. Whereas Congress can get 19 to 31 seats and BJP can get 1-4 seats. 7 to 11 seats are visible in the account of Akali Dal. According to the exit poll of C Voter, Aam Aadmi Party is getting 51 to 61 seats, Congress 22 to 28 seats and Akali Dal 20 to 26 seats in Punjab. Whereas BJP is expected to get 7 to 13 seats. Today’s Chanakya has predicted 100 seats for AAP in Punjab. 10 seats can go in the account of Congress. BJP can get 1 seat and Akali Dal can get 6 seats.

These parties are in the field

In Punjab, Congress, Aam Aadmi Party, Bharatiya Janata Party, Shiromani Akali Dal are in the fray. On the other hand, Ex CM Captain Amarinder had decided to contest the elections with the BJP by forming the Punjab Lok Congress Party. At the same time, Balbir Singh Rajewal from the farmers’ party United Samaj Morcha is in the election battle. In the last assembly, the Congress had won 77 seats. On the other hand, the Aam Aadmi Party had captured 22 seats. Shiromani Akali Dal was reduced to only 15 seats. Whereas the BJP, had to be satisfied with only three seats.
