Delhi Public School, Meerut provides new age STEM learning in the school’s curriculum, with STEM Club Global

Meerut: It is human to think, ‘What’s next?’; ‘How do we prepare our children, so that they have a brighter tomorrow?’ According to the analytics of the evolving world, the top jobs in demand today, barely existed ten years ago. Thus, we need to prepare our children for careers which are yet to evolve. Thus, children need education beyond the classroom. To motivate them to upskill, adapt, and break through, the world is transcending towards STEM education.

Science gives learners an in-depth understanding of the world around them. It helps them to become better at research and critical thinking. Technology prepares young people to work in an environment full of high-tech innovations. Engineering allows students to enhance problem-solving skills and apply knowledge to new projects. Mathematics enables people to analyze information, eliminate errors, and make conscious decisions when designing solutions. STEM education links these disciplines into a cohesive system. Thus, it prepares professionals who can transform society with innovation and sustainable solutions. 

The School Director Dr.Akansha Singh of DPS Dehradun, is elated to bring this generation-next education through STEM club global. ‘Bringing the world’s largest STEM challenge F1 in schools along with other life-changing courses like Classroom of entrepreneurship, Principals of Project Management, Game coding, AI, F1 Primary has been a delightful experience for the school.’, she added.

Student-learning outcomes vary in areas, including academic learning achievement, attitude, motivation, and higher-order thinking skills, based on which STEM Club global caters to diverse courses for grades 5 to 11, throughout the year. The entire learning experience is then concluded with a Grand event – “STEM Week”

The Principal, Mrs. Shubhra Pande Tiwari, is upbeat about creating gen-Z leaders of tomorrow. He said,’ It is motivating and exciting, as we integrated STEM learning into the education system of the school. I am eager to observe the endogenic growth of the students at a global dimension.’

On Collaborating with Delhi Public School Meerut Mr. Yashraj Singh Founder Time of Sports and Stem Club India said, ‘We are exuberant to deliver these courses at DPS Dehradun. The eagerness in the teens today, with their critical sense of analytics and observation, is the biggest drive. At the end of the day, watching these budding innovators bring a brighter and more sustainable solution to the table abets us to do more! We are as thrilled as them!’
