500 NDRF Personnel Engage in Yoga Camp Organized by Patanjali Committee in Delhi NCR

In Celebration of International Yoga Day, Patanjali Yoga Committee Conducts Three-Day Yoga Camp for NDRF Personnel in Delhi NCR

Ghaziabad : On the second day of the three-day yoga camp organized by Patanjali Yoga Committee, Yuva Bharat Delhi NCR, and Veteran Defense Forces, approximately 500 soldiers and officers of NDRF in Harsav, Ghaziabad, were guided through various yoga practices.

The session commenced with Vedic prayers performed by Rajveer (State Incharge of Delhi NCR), followed by pranayama (breathing exercises), asanas (postures), clapping, and meditation, all conducted in a beautiful manner. Sister Vandana Aroda (UPYSA) conducted the practice of Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation), while Yoga instructor Brother Paras led the participants in yogic jogging. The presentations by all were remarkable and praiseworthy. Senior officers and soldiers of NDRF enjoyed and benefited from today’s program, describing it as enlightening and enriching.
