हर घर तिरंगा अभियान: भारत का ध्वज संहिता क्या है? भारत का झंडा, घर पर तिरंगा फहराने के नियम

गाजियाबाद : भारतीय स्वतंत्रता की 75 वीं वर्षगांठ मनाने के लिए, प्रधान मंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने 22 जुलाई को ‘हर घर तिरंगा’ अभियान शुरू किया, एक पहल जो भारतीयों को 13-15 अगस्त से घर पर राष्ट्रीय ध्वज फहराने या प्रदर्शित करने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करती है। लेकिन इसे करने का एक सही तरीका है।

झंडा जरूर लगाइए, हर घर पर तिरंगा इससे अच्छी कोई बात नहीं हो सकती लेकिन झंडा लगाने से पहले यह जरूर ध्यान दो कि झंडा कटा फटा ना हो, प्रॉपर साइज हो।

हर घर तिरंगा के नाम पर एक मुहिम शुरू हो गई है जिसमें हर कोई ऐसा श्रेय लेना चाहता है कि हर घर पर तिरंगा वही बांटे, इसी जल्दबाजी में इस बात का संज्ञान लेना भूल जाते हैं की झंडा, झंडा नियम के हिसाब से सही है या नहीं है। मुझे उनकी भावनाओं पर कोई शक नहीं है परंतु जल्दबाजी में किया जाने वाला कार्य अच्छा नहीं होता, अगर आप किसी कार्य को कर रहे हैं तो उचित तरीके से कीजिए, यह झंडे के सम्मान की बात है।

एक छोटी सी घटना के उपरांत मैंने इस बात का संज्ञान लिया कि घर घर बाटे जाने वाले अधिकतर झंडे जल्दबाजी में बनाए गए हैं और अनुपातिक रूप से दुरुस्त नहीं है नाही तीनों रंग की पट्टियां बराबर है, सबसे बड़ी बात इन झंडे की कटाई गलत तरीके से की गई है और अपने घर पर तिरंगा फहराने की जल्दबाजी में बिना सोचे समझे कटा फटा झंडा लहराना भी अच्छी बात नहीं है सभी को इस बात का भी ध्यान रखना चाहिए कि लिया जाने वाला झंडा सही हालत में है या नहीं है।

झंडा लगाएं तो मान सम्मान के साथ लगाएं वरना उसी मान सम्मान के साथ झंडा देने वाले को झंडा वापस कर दे।

मेरी अपनी आम आदमी पार्टी के कार्यकर्ताओं के साथ साथ सभी पार्टियों के कार्यकर्ताओं से अपील है किसी भी हालत में इसको राजनीतिक पोस्ट ना समझी जाए और इस को सकारात्मक तरीके से लिया जाए

The use, display and hoisting of the Indian national flag are guided by the Flag Code of India, 2002.

The Indian government recently made amendments to the Flag Code of India allowing the national flag to be flown both in the day and at night if it is displayed in the open or on the house of a member of the public.

But what is the correct way to hoist the national flag?

• Whenever the national flag is displayed, it should occupy the position of honour and should be distinctly placed.

• A damaged national flag should not be used for displaying.
• The flag should not be flown from a single masthead simultaneously with any other flag or flags.

• The flag should not be flown on any vehicle except in accordance with the provisions contained in Section IX of Part III of this code.
• When the flag is displayed flat and horizontal on a wall, the saffron band should be uppermost and when displayed vertically, the saffron band shall be on the right with reference to the flag (i.e. to the left of a person facing the flag).
• To the extent possible, the flag should conform to the specifications prescribed in Part I of this code.
  No other flag or bunting should be placed higher than, above or side by side with the national flag; nor should any object including flowers, garlands or emblems be placed on or above the flag-mast from which the flag is flown.
• A flag made of paper may be waived by the public on occasions of national, cultural and sporting importance.
  What should I keep in mind while displaying the national flag at my home?
  Even for displaying, the national flag should be distinctly placed and a damaged flag should not be used. No other flag or bunting should be placed higher than, above or side by side with the flag.

Also, the national flag should not be used as a portion of costume or uniform, or accessory of any description which is worn below the waist of any person nor shall it be embroidered or printed on cushions, handkerchiefs, napkins, undergarments, or any dress material.
