Uttar Pradesh’s First Rapid Rail Inspected by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath

Ghaziabad: Uttar Pradesh’s Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath conducted an inspection on Thursday at the site where the inauguration and public address for the nation’s first Rapid Rail would take place. During his visit, he directed officials to ensure the timely completion of all preparations.

The Chief Minister held a review meeting with regional public representatives, party officials, and officers of the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF). During this meeting, he emphasized the importance of ensuring all arrangements, especially in terms of security, were carried out efficiently.

Following the meeting, the Chief Minister’s convoy reached the Vasundhara Sector-8 public address venue. There, he conducted a meticulous inspection of the venue’s preparations and reviewed the facilities. The officials presented a video presentation of the Rapid Rail at the site, providing detailed information about all relevant aspects.

During the inspection, the Chief Minister expressed his happiness and pride in the fact that India’s first Rapid Rail would be inaugurated in Ghaziabad. He acknowledged that it was a significant development for the residents of Ghaziabad and would be inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who would arrive via the new rail link.

Several dignitaries were present on this occasion, including Union Minister and Member of Parliament, Dr. Vijay Kumar Singh, Member of the Rajya Sabha, Dr. Anil Agrawal, Mayor Sunita Dayal, local MLAs Atul Garg, Sunil Kumar Sharma, Nand Kishor Gurjar, and Ajit Pal Tyagi, along with other prominent political and administrative officials.

This inaugural event marks a milestone in India’s infrastructure development, and it is a moment of pride for the people of Ghaziabad to be part of the launch of the nation’s first Rapid Rail project.
