Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath Visits Sister at Ghaziabad Residence, Interacts with Residents

Ghaziabad: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath paid a private visit to his sister, Pushpa Chaudhary, at her residence in a housing society in Raj Nagar Extension on Friday night. The Chief Minister spent around 45 minutes with his sister before proceeding to the PWD Guest House on GT Road for the night.
The Chief Minister arrived at the society at around 9 p.m. amid tight security arrangements. As his convoy entered the premises, residents gathered to welcome him, raising slogans of “Jai Shri Ram” and “Yogi, Yogi.”
During the visit, the Chief Minister met his sister and enquired about her well-being. The interaction remained a personal engagement, with family members spending time together inside the residence.
Before leaving the society, several residents, including children, requested photographs with the Chief Minister. Yogi Adityanath obliged, posing for pictures and interacting briefly with those present. The gesture was warmly received by residents, many of whom expressed delight at the opportunity to meet him.
Following the visit, the Chief Minister left for the Public Works Department (PWD) Guest House on GT Road, where he stayed overnight.
Officials said arrangements had been made for a simple dinner in keeping with the Chief Minister’s dietary preferences. The menu included bottle gourd with Bengal gram lentils (lauki chana dal), seasonal vegetables such as bottle gourd and ridge gourd, rotis, rice and bananas.
The Chief Minister had been in Ghaziabad earlier in the day to attend official engagements, including the unveiling of a statue of former Uttar Pradesh minister Rajpal Tyagi in Muradnagar, inauguration and foundation-laying of development projects, and a review meeting on preparations for the annual Kanwar Yatra. Friday night’s visit to his sister’s residence was a personal stop during his stay in the district.
