Spring Dale School Celebrates Mother’s Day with Heartfelt Tributes, Cultural Flair, and Academic Recognition

Ghaziabad | May 10, 2025 : In a touching celebration of unconditional love and nurturing, Spring Dale School hosted a vibrant Mother’s Day Programme on its campus, blending emotion, culture, and scholastic recognition in a memorable event.
The ceremony commenced with a traditional lamp-lighting ritual, performed by Chief Guest and School Chairman N.C. Jain, symbolizing knowledge, warmth, and the guiding light of motherhood. In his address, School Director Rakesh Jain reflected on the foundational role mothers play in shaping lives: “A mother not only gives us life but also imparts values that make us worthy individuals. Respect for our mothers should be unwavering,” he said.
Principal Renu Jain echoed these sentiments in an emotionally resonant speech, describing maternal love as “priceless and protective.” She emphasized how mothers serve as life’s first teachers, offering profound lessons wrapped in love and care.
Celebrating Academic Excellence
A key highlight of the event was the felicitation of academic achievers, where students scoring above 80% marks were awarded Scholar Badges. Among the awardees were Arya Singh, Siddharth, Sunny, Shiva Pal, Utkarsh Kushwaha, Vedika Arora, Avni, and Ishu Arora, who were recognized for their hard work and scholastic dedication.
Cultural Extravaganza and Social Messaging
The audience was captivated by a series of cultural performances, beginning with a graceful Saraswati Vandana by the students. The celebration continued with energetic and emotional dance performances on songs such as ‘Aa Lekar Chaloon Tujhko’, ‘Ungli Pakad Ke Phir Se Sikha De’, ‘Thodi Si Cool Hai’, and ‘Chhoona Hai Mujhe Aasmaan’, each performance paying tribute to the deep bond between a mother and child.
Adding depth to the festivities was a thought-provoking skit based on social media and smartphone addiction. The short play sensitively highlighted the adverse impact of excessive mobile phone use on children, urging both parents and students to find balance in the digital age.
The dance performance ‘Aashiyana Hai Na’ earned particular appreciation from the audience for its expressive choreography and emotional narrative.
A Collaborative Effort
The event was a collective effort, with contributions from staff and parents alike. Attendees included Renu Jain, Deepa Gupta, Prabhjeet Kaur, Deepika Jain, Aanchal Arora, Paramjeet Kaur, Manju Singh, Poonam Rawat, Tina Aggarwal, and Garvita Goyal, who played pivotal roles in the success of the programme.
The event was smoothly compered by Deepika Sharma, who guided the proceedings with grace and poise.
A Day to Remember
