Ashneer had to face defeat in a petition filed against him in Singapore to initiate an investigation. Ashneer alleges that since the beginning of 2022, people are making baseless allegations against me and my family. This has not only hurt my reputation, but the reputation of the company has also been tarnished.
SIAC refuses to stop review BharatPe
He has not got any relief in the ongoing hearing at the Singapore International Arbitration Centre. The Center has refused to stop the review of the company’s functioning. That being said, there is no ground to stop the review initiated on the recommendation of the top management. Earlier, an appeal was made by Ashneer to stop the review. It is believed that Ashneer can challenge this matter in the Delhi High Court.
Ashneer can sell stake
Ashneer The co-founder of BharatPe wants to sell his stake in the company. For this, he has also started talks with investors. The valuation of the company was $2.85 billion in August 2021. Grover’s holds 9.5 per cent share in the company.
