Preparations in Full Swing for Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Ghaziabad Visit

Ghaziabad: In anticipation of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s scheduled visit to Ghaziabad, Meerut Divisional Commissioner Selva Kumari J conducted an extensive review of the arrangements. The preparations were discussed in a high-level video conference led by Uttar Pradesh Chief Secretary, who received updates from district officials regarding the progress.
District Magistrate Inder Vikram Singh, Chief Development Officer Abhinav Gopal, and other senior officials apprised the Chief Secretary of the detailed arrangements. Following the conference, the Chief Secretary issued critical instructions to ensure a seamless event.


Commissioner Selva Kumari J later inspected the construction work underway at the district collectorate and visited the proposed event sites to oversee preparations. During the site inspection, she emphasized the importance of maintaining security, cleanliness, and an efficient route plan. Key officials accompanying her included DM Inder Vikram Singh, Municipal Commissioner Vikramaditya Singh Malik, CDO Abhinav Gopal, ADM (Land Acquisition) Vivek Mishra, ADM (City) Gambhir Singh, and representatives from RRTS and other departments.
The administration has ensured that all necessary measures are being implemented to make the Prime Minister’s visit smooth and successful. Authorities are working round-the-clock to address all logistical, safety, and organizational aspects.
