Prateek Grand City Paints the Town in Festive Colors with Navratri Celebrations

Ghaziabad: Siddharth Vihar was recently abuzz with the vibrant hues of the Sharadiya Navratri Mahotsav 2023, and the enthusiasm was palpable. Prateek Grand City, a sprawling society, played host to a memorable Navratri celebration that lasted from 6 PM to 11 PM on the auspicious day of Ashtami.

The festivities kicked off with a melodious chorus of Mata Ki Chowki and Bhajan Kirtan, drawing a substantial crowd. The devotional songs, performed by a group of talented singers who traveled from Delhi, created an enchanting atmosphere that left the audience spellbound.

As the evening sun dipped below the horizon, it was time for the much-awaited Garba and Dandiya night. Prateek Grand City transformed into a sea of people, all dressed in traditional attire, ready to revel in the rhythmic beats and dance their hearts out. The beats of the dhol and the clinking of Dandiya sticks filled the air, creating a captivating rhythm that had everyone tapping their feet.

The entire event was meticulously organized, with preparations underway for several days leading up to the grand celebration. Multiple administrative departments collaborated to ensure a seamless and safe event for all attendees.

To top off the festivities, a grand feast or ‘Maha Bhandare’ was organized around noon to mark the culmination of the event. The entire affair was held in the vicinity of Blocks P7 and P8 within the society, where residents, along with enthusiastic visitors, came together to enjoy the cultural richness and joyous spirit of Navratri.

Prateek Grand City, with its stunning decorations and the enthusiastic participation of the community, truly made this Navratri celebration a memorable and joyous occasion. The event was a testament to the unity and spirit of festivity that permeates every corner of India during this auspicious time of year.
