Parevartan School Hosts Grand Investiture Ceremony to Induct Student Council Leaders

Rajnagar Extension, 17 May 2025: In a grand celebration of leadership, responsibility, and democratic values, Parevartan School held its much-awaited Investiture Ceremony on 17th May 2025 at its auditorium. A total of 50 capable and deserving students from both the Primary (Grade V) and Senior Wings (Grades IX to XII) were inducted into the Student Council, marking a proud moment in the school’s annual calendar.

The ceremony was graced by eminent dignitaries including Founder Chairperson Ms. Vinu Chaudhri, Director Events Ms. Vidushee Guruma, Principal Ms. Sangeeta Sharma, and Headmistress Ms. Malavika Goel, all of whom played instrumental roles in inspiring and guiding the student leaders.

The event commenced with the traditional lighting of the lamp, symbolizing wisdom and enlightenment, followed by a soulful musical mashup of “Sanson Ki Mala” and “Teri Deewani”, which enchanted the audience and set a graceful tone for the ceremony.

Delivering an inspiring keynote address, Chairperson Ms. Vinu Chaudhri urged the newly appointed council members to lead with integrity, empathy, and fairness. She emphasized the importance of fulfilling duties with dedication and serving as role models for their peers.

The highlight of the event was the ceremonial march of the Student Council members, who entered the auditorium with poise and pride, before taking a solemn oath of allegiance and service to the school. The pledge was administered by Director Events Ms. Vidushee, reaffirming the values of honesty, diligence, and leadership.

The event concluded with a spellbinding dance performance titled ‘Montara’, which captured the essence of grace, discipline, and passion. The audience, comprising students, faculty, and parents, was visibly moved and responded with resounding applause.

Principal Ms. Sangeeta Sharma congratulated the newly elected leaders, reminding them that leadership is a responsibility, not a privilege. She also extended her heartfelt appreciation to the staff and students whose tireless efforts made the event a resounding success.

The Investiture Ceremony at Parevartan School was not merely a celebration but a reminder of the school’s unwavering commitment to nurturing future leaders with courage, compassion, and character.
