Ghaziabad: The 8th Battalion of the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) in Ghaziabad became the center of cultural exchange and learning as the 4th Kashmiri Youth Exchange Program commenced on December 9, 2024. Organized by the Nehru Yuva Kendra under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India, the event will run until December 14, bringing together youth from Kashmir and the rest of India.
The program was inaugurated by District Magistrate of Ghaziabad, Indra Vikram Singh, and NDRF Commandant, Praveen Kumar Tiwari, with the traditional lamp-lighting ceremony.
