India’s First Rapid Rail from Delhi to Meerut Inspected by Gen VK Singh

Ghaziabad: Dr. Vijay Kumar Singh, Member of Parliament and Minister of State for Road Transport and Highways, inspected India’s first Rapid Rail, which will connect Nizamuddin in Delhi to Meerut. The Rapid Rail, currently in its first phase, covers a distance of 17 kilometers from Sahibabad to Duhai, passing through the martyr’s memorial in Ghaziabad.

During the inspection, Gen VK Singh extended his congratulations and best wishes to all residents of Ghaziabad and the Delhi NCR region. The inauguration of this first Rapid Rail is scheduled to be carried out by Prime Minister Narendra Modi soon.

This Rapid Rail, known for its speed and modernity, will greatly benefit daily commuters traveling between Delhi, Ghaziabad, Meerut, and Muzaffarnagar. This inspection was attended by Rakesh Kumar Singh, the District Magistrate of Ghaziabad, Sunita Dayal, the Mayor, and Vikramaditya Malik, the Municipal Commissioner, along with other Rapid Rail officials.
