Ghaziabad’s Anjali Bhardwaj Honored for Setting World Record on 10th International Yoga Day

Ghaziabad: In a moment of pride for Ghaziabad, Anjali Bhardwaj was honored for setting a world record on the 10th International Yoga Day. The district administration, including the District Magistrate, Chief Development Officer, Chief Medical Officer, and information dissemination officers, along with Yoga Acharya Shri Yash Parashar, presented the award to Bhardwaj in front of 10,000 people at the Kavi Nagar Ramlila Ground.
Anjali Bhardwaj achieved this remarkable feat by holding the Shashankasana pose for 39 minutes, a world record. This accomplishment has brought great honor to Ghaziabad, showcasing the city’s dedication to the practice and promotion of yoga.
In her acceptance speech, Anjali attributed her success to the inspiration and guidance of her mentors at Gurukul Yoga Institute, particularly Kapil Sir, Shri C.P. Yadav, and Shri Naresh.
