Former MP Prakashveer Shastri’s Statue Unveiled at ‘Prakashveer Shastri Chowk’ in Ghaziabad

Ghaziabad : In a grand event organized under the aegis of Akhil Bharatiya Tyagi Brahmin Sabha, a statue of the late Prakashveer Shastri, a prominent educationist and former Member of Parliament from the Hapur-Ghaziabad Lok Sabha constituency, was unveiled at ‘Prakashveer Shastri Chowk’ on Meerut Road.
The ceremony began with a havan at the site, conducted with full rituals. The unveiling was led by Muradnagar BJP MLA Ajit Pal Tyagi, District Panchayat President Mamta Tyagi, renowned physician Dr. Sanjay Tyagi, Baba Vidyanand Tyagi, Colonel TPS Tyagi, BJP leader Rajendra Tyagi, and other prominent members of the Tyagi community.
Addressing the gathering, MLA Ajit Pal Tyagi emphasized the importance of following the path shown by Prakashveer Shastri. District Panchayat President Mamta Tyagi highlighted Shastri’s lifelong dedication to national service, while Dr. Sanjay Tyagi called him a “priceless treasure of the nation” whose visionary ideas can guide society.
The event was presided over by Baba Vidyanand Tyagi and coordinated by spokesperson Rajeev Tyagi.
Notable attendees included Vijender Tyagi (Makanpur), SP Tyagi, Anil Tyagi, Arun Vaira, and several local councilors and leaders such as Sanjay Tyagi, Radheshyam Tyagi, Mukesh Makanpur, Neeraj Tyagi, and many others, along with community representatives like Dr. Sunil Tyagi, Advocate Deepak Tyagi, and Yagyadatt Tyagi.
