Deadly Hit-and-Run on NH-9: Wedding Return Turns into Tragedy, Three Killed, One Critical

Ghaziabad : A fatal accident on the NH-9 highway in Ghaziabad late Tuesday night claimed the lives of three individuals, leaving one in critical condition. The incident occurred in the Crossing Republic police jurisdiction, when four people returning from a wedding were struck by an unidentified vehicle while crossing the highway on foot.

The Tragic Incident
Eyewitnesses reported that the group was attempting to cross NH-9 when the speeding vehicle came out of nowhere, ramming into them. One individual died instantly at the scene, while two women succumbed to their injuries during treatment at the hospital. The fourth victim, a woman, remains hospitalized in critical condition.
