Daylight robbery at property dealer’s house: looted goods worth 21 lakhs by threatening to slit the throat of the 6 months old..

In the Nehru Nagar of Sihani Gate police station area in Ghaziabad, miscreants took the property dealer’s family hostage and carried out the incident of robbery. The miscreants robbed the goods worth about 20 lakh rupees including Rs. 6 lakh in cash. As soon as the information about the incident came to light, SSP and SP City reached the spot along with the force and took stock of the incident.

Armed miscreants entered the house of property businessman Nikhil Bhati in Nehrunagar -3 of Sihani Gate police station area and carried out the sensational robbery in broad daylight. Nikhil’s wife Priya, daughter’s 7-year-old Vanshika and 6-month-old Kavya, who were present in the house at the time of the incident, were taken hostage in the room by the miscreants by showing pistol and knife. The miscreants started looting the house by threatening to shoot them and slit the throat of Kavya with knife. Breaking the locks of the shelves, the miscreants fled from his house by looting around Rs 6 lakh in cash and Jewellery worth Rs 15 lakh.

When the maid who arrived after the incident found Priya and Vanshika hostage in the room, she freed them and informed Nikhil about the incident. As soon as the information about the robbery incident in broad daylight flashed , SSP Pawan Kumar, SP City Nipun Aggarwal, CO Second Alok Dubey and SHO Sihani Gate reached the spot along with the police force and investigated the matter. It is suspected that the number of miscreants was more than four. Some of the accomplices of the four miscreants who had entered the house were standing outside as well.

Nikhil Bhati, who lives in building number F-107 of Nehrunagar Third, has a property business. He has his office near Chipiyana in Lalkuan area. The family consists of father Gulab Singh Bhati, mother Nirajesh, grandmother Jayawati, wife Priya, daughters Vanshika (7) and 6-month-old Kavya. Dadi is admitted to a hospital in Delhi for the last 10 days due to brain tumor operation. Due to this, the father and mother had gone to the hospital on Tuesday morning. While Nikhil was present in the office. Nikhil told that at around 11 in the morning, four miscreants entered his house wearing masks and reached the first floor. When the miscreants knocked on the gate, Vanshika felt that the maid had come. So she opened the gate. As soon as the gate opened, the four miscreants entered inside by pushing Vanshika and overpowered Priya and her 6-month-old daughter Kavya with a knife and pistol.

SSP Pawan Kumar says that teams have been formed in search of miscreants. The footage of the surrounding CCTV cameras is being scanned. Soon the miscreants will be arrested after uncovering the incident.
