City Residents Share Concerns with Commissioner During Public Hearing

Ghaziabad: During a public hearing, city residents had the opportunity to meet with the Municipal Commissioner, Vikramaditya Singh Malik, to discuss their issues. Immediate instructions for action were given to the relevant authorities based on the concerns raised.

As part of this interaction, members of the Purvanchal community also met with the Municipal Commissioner. They submitted a letter to the commissioner regarding special arrangements for the upcoming festivals of Diwali and Chhath, as well as suggestions for improving lighting arrangements during these festivities.

The Ghaziabad Municipal Corporation is actively preparing for the Diwali festival, focusing on cleanliness and lighting arrangements. Work has also commenced on the maintenance of parks and main intersections. In addition to these preparations, members of the Purvanchal community have submitted their requests to the commissioner for better sanitation during the Chhath festival at Hindon Ghat.

The Municipal Commissioner has appealed to residents from the Purvanchal community to collaborate in maintaining cleanliness during the Chhath festival celebrations at Hindon Ghat.
