Ghaziabad, January 24, 2024 – In the auspicious occasion of Lord Ram’s pran prathista, the Sunrise Religious Event Coordination Committee, orchestrated a unique celebration by arranging 5100 diyas in the formation of “जय श्री राम” (Jai Shri Ram), spanning an impressive 51 feet. This illuminated display served as a heartfelt gesture of reverence and gratitude towards Lord Ram.
Engaged for several days, members of the committee, along with enthusiastic residents, joined forces to make this event a reality. The morning commenced with the commencement of writing, followed by adorning the area with flowers and diyas. In the evening, the ceremonial lighting ceremony began with the chanting of mantras and the resonating sound of conch shells, in which the entire community of Sunrise Greens actively participated.
Arvind Singh, the coordinator of the Sunrise Religious Event Coordination Committee, expressed that this occasion was the first of its kind, where the entire society came together to collaborate in devotion to Lord Ram. On this special day, the society’s own Art Worship Group presented a Ramayana dance drama, and a grand feast along with the distribution of laddoos as Prasad concluded the festive proceedings.
The event not only illuminated the surroundings but also lit up the hearts of the participants with joy and spiritual fervor, marking a memorable celebration of Lord Ram’s divine presence in Ayodhya.
