Bus Plunges from UP Transport Department’s Flyover on Delhi-Meerut Expressway, Injuring Dozens”

Ghaziabad: Bus from Roadways Falls from Uttar Pradesh Transport Department’s Flyover Near Noorpur Underpass on Delhi-Meerut Expressway.

A live CCTV video of the bus accident on the Delhi-Meerut Expressway has surfaced. While en route from Meerut to Delhi, a speeding bus lost control, broke through the divider, and fell down near the Noorpur underpass. The accident left 18 to 20 people injured. The injured have been admitted to the district combined hospital in Sanjay Nagar and the district MMG hospital. The incident took place in the jurisdiction of Masuri police station on the Delhi-Meerut Expressway.

According to information, a bus from the Uttar Pradesh Transport Department was en route from Meerut to Delhi with nearly 30 passengers on board. Suddenly, the bus went out of control and crashed near the Hawa Hawai Hotel on the Expressway after breaking through the divider. Around 18 to 20 people are reported to be injured. With the help of the police and locals, they were admitted to the district combined hospital in Sanjay Nagar and the district MMG hospital. The driver’s condition is serious, and he has been admitted to a private hospital. Currently, there is no information about any casualties. The police have taken charge of the situation and are conducting an investigation.”
