Through this, passengers will get help in 45 seconds. For this, state-of-the-art smart detection technology has been used at this airport. This indigenously developed surveillance service based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) will be able to trace suspicious passengers easily.
Desk of Goodness service has also been started, which aims at providing services to senior citizens and women traveling with children and passengers requiring wheel chair. With this system, unusual behavior such as falling or running away of passengers can be detected easily and quickly. The service is equipped with a smart tablet, operated by Goodness Champions. The service is provided whenever the passengers need help. There are surveillance cameras with Artificial Intelligence based (AI) based systems, which alert the champions as soon as they notice any discrepancy in the behavior of passengers.
