GDA has started action to cancel the map of Panchsheel builder, which was wrongly approved on plot number GH-01 in Crossing Republic. On the complaint of senior BJP councilor Rajendra Tyagi, GDA Vice President Krishna Karunesh has issued a notice to the builder taking cognizance of the matter. In order to confirm the ownership of the land the relevant details are being sought. Instructions have also been given to superimpose the Sajra plan on the presented map and the land of the approach road so that the ownership of the land of the plot and the approach road can be verified. A warning has been given to cancel the map if the reply is not given within the stipulated time period.
Farmers of Dundahera village located in Crossing Republic allege that Panchsheel builder has wrongly got approved the map by hiding the facts on plot number GH-01, ignoring the rules. There is no existing road to reach Plot No. GH-01. The builder wrongly showed the farmers land on Khasra numbers- 627, 628, 587, 588, 589 to pass the map showing the road. On the basis of the wrongly approved map, the builder started selling the plots to the general public. There was a complaint of passing the map wrongly by hiding the facts. A notice has been issued to the builder to clarify and give information about the land ownership. After receiving the reply to the notice, appropriate action will be taken as per rules.
Senior BJP councilor Rajendra Tyagi said that along with Supertech builder on plot number GH-14 in Crossing Republic, Essotech builder on GH-12 and Panchsheel builder on GH-01 has been wrongly approved. The map of Supertech builder on plot number GH-14 has been canceled by GDA on December 16, while the process of canceling the map of GH-12 Essotech builder is in progress.
