“When the Sindoor Is Threatened, India’s Daughters Rise”: BJP Leader Abhishek Sharma on Operation Sindoor
Ghaziabad : Reacting strongly to the Indian Army’s precision counter-strike under Operation Sindoor, Abhishek Sharma, Mandal Vice President of BJP Nandgram Mandal and a resident of Rajnagar Extension, Ghaziabad, hailed the operation not just as military retaliation, but as a profound message to the world.
“Operation Sindoor is not just a tactical military response to terrorism, it’s a powerful declaration,” Sharma said. “Every time the sacred sindoor of Indian women is threatened, it is the daughters of this country who rise to defend its honour.”
The operation, conducted on May 6, 2025, targeted multiple terrorist hideouts across the Pakistan border in retaliation to the cowardly terror attack in Pahalgam on April 22, which claimed several innocent lives. According to Sharma, the strike is a tribute to the victims and a reaffirmation of India’s zero-tolerance stance on terrorism.

“This marks not the end, but the beginning of the end for ‘Terroristan’. Our brave soldiers have sent a message that India will not rest until terrorism is completely eradicated,” he asserted.
Sharma emotionally emphasized the symbolism behind the name “Operation Sindoor,” linking it to the sacrifices made by Indian women and families who have lost loved ones to terrorism. He called it a sacred tribute to every martyr and vowed unwavering support to the Indian Armed Forces.
“Operation Sindoor is a step toward justice, towards cleansing the world of those who trade in bloodshed and fear. The entire nation stands behind its forces with pride and resolve,” he added.
