Sports Minister Anurag Thakur said, “I have given instructions for strict action against the accused contractor and officials. I have also directed that the contractor should be put on the blacklist for future.”

Let us tell you that about 200 players participating in the three-day State Level Under-17 Girls Kabaddi Tournament which started on Friday (September 16) in Saharanpur district were allegedly served rice kept in the toilet. “The food served to the players here is of good quality. A brick stove is made in a traditional way near the swimming pool and rice, pulses, and vegetables are cooked on them in big pots,” he said.
