PM Modi Sets Tone for BJP Campaign -Promises ‘400 Paar’ Victory in Meerut Rally

Meerut: In a grand spectacle marking the commencement of Bharatiya Janata Party’s campaign for the Lok Sabha Election 2024, Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed a massive rally in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. With fervent enthusiasm, PM Modi laid out his vision for the future of India, invoking sentiments of progress, empowerment, and national integrity.

Addressing the sea of supporters gathered in Meerut, PM Modi reflected on his special bond with the city, reminiscing how he began his election campaigns in both 2014 and 2019 from its soil. He emphasized that Meerut was once again chosen as the starting point for the BJP’s electoral journey, signifying its significance in the party’s narrative.

“The 2024 elections are not just about forming a government,” PM Modi proclaimed, “but about building a Viksit Bharat—a developed India.” He outlined ambitious goals, foreseeing India’s ascent to become the world’s third-largest economic power, accompanied by the eradication of poverty from the nation.

PM Modi rallied support for his party’s endeavor, rallying behind the slogan “4 June, 400 Paar,” expressing aspirations to surpass 400 seats in the upcoming elections. He underscored the importance of continuity, outlining a roadmap for the next five years, promising rapid progress and development.

Reflecting on the achievements of his government over the past decade, PM Modi highlighted monumental tasks accomplished, including the construction of the Ram temple in Ayodhya and significant strides in women’s empowerment. He announced initiatives like the Namo Drone Didi Scheme aimed at transforming the fate of women in rural areas.

Taking a dig at the opposition, particularly the INDI Alliance, PM Modi asserted his commitment to fighting corruption, vowing to bring to justice those who have looted the country. He criticized the Congress for its past decisions that compromised national interests, citing the example of Katchatheevu island.

Further lambasting the opposition, PM Modi accused the Congress and Samajwadi Party of neglecting the interests of farmers and soldiers. He proposed diversifying sugarcane cultivation for energy production and highlighted schemes like PM Kisan Samman Nidhi and PM Surya Ghar – Muft Bijli Yojana aimed at benefitting farmers and promoting renewable energy.

In a fervent appeal to the electorate, PM Modi urged citizens to exercise their voting rights diligently on April 19th and April 26th, emphasizing the pivotal role of their participation in shaping a developed and prosperous India.

With resounding chants of “400 Paar” echoing through the rally grounds, PM Modi’s address set the tone for what promises to be a fiercely contested and ideologically charged electoral battle in the months to come.
