Rajnagar Extension : The spirit of patriotism echoed through the streets of Rajnagar Extension this evening as local residents, youth, and community leaders came together for “Operation Sindoor – Tiranga Yatra,” a symbolic march dedicated to honoring the bravery and sacrifices of the Indian Army.
Organized under the banner of Operation Sindoor, the Tiranga Yatra began at Ajnara Integrity and concluded at Ashiana Chowk, covering a vibrant stretch with citizens proudly marching under the tricolour.
The event was not just a march but a powerful public expression of national unity, love for the motherland, and deep respect for those who guard its borders. Participants were encouraged to wear traditional or culturally resonant attire in tricolor themes, transforming the streets into a moving celebration of India’s glory.
Prominent community leaders such as Hemant Tyagi, Mandal President of BJP Nandgram Mandal, and Abhishek Sharma, Mandal Vice President, also joined the march, adding strength and encouragement to the collective patriotic fervor.
With chants of “Vande Mataram” and “Jai Hind” ringing through the air, the yatra served as both a tribute to the armed forces and a reminder of the responsibility every citizen shares in preserving the spirit of unity and nationalism.
As dusk fell, the sight of hundreds of citizens carrying the Indian flag with pride and reverence turned the evening into a moment of collective pride for the Rajnagar Extension community.
