Meerut : Following the principles of NEP 2020, Army Public School, Meerut Cantt aims towards the holistic development of all its learners in all fields other than academics. To ensure the same, the school encourages and motivates all its students to explore beyond the confines of the school and aim to reach the bigger horizons with all its support and infrastructure to help build a relationship between the learner and society at large.
Fulfilling the above objectives, the little bright shining stars of APS Meerut, Vanshdeep Yadav and Aarav Agarwal have made noteworthy mark in the field of sports outside the school too, making the school and their teachers proud.
Vanshdeep Yadav of Class V-K, Army Public School, Meerut Cantt bagged the Bronze Medal on 16th April, 2023 in Horse Riding Competition. The competition was sponsored by the Modi Equestrian Academy, Modipuram, Meerut. His father is a Subedar at RVC CENTRE & COLLEGE and he also plays Equestrian Sports. Vanshdeep is inspired by his father and wants to be a professional Equestrian one day.
Aarav Agarwal, the youngest golf player in AEPTA golf course, Meerut. He is 8 years old, studying in class 3 of Army Public School,
Meerut . His father, Lt. Col. Shiv Agarwal, posted in the Military Hospital, Meerut is himself a keen golfer. Aaarav is passionate about golf since the age of two and is now being trained by a professional coach under his father’s guidance for the past two years. He aspires to play golf for his country.
