Meerut: In a bid to foster creativity and provide a platform for student expression beyond the realms of medical studies, LLRM Medical College in Meerut has unveiled its weekly newsletter. The initiative aims to compile the suggestions, thoughts, and writings of both students and teachers within the campus.
Rashmi Singh, a member of the editing committee and an intern at the college, expressed, “This paper aims to give a voice to those who have so far been unable to express their creativity amidst the rigors of medical education. We will also feature academic research and survey findings, broadening the scope of our publication. Additionally, the newsletter provides a platform for students with diverse interests, allowing them to share their views.”
Singh further elaborated, “We have structured the newsletter to include experiences of first-year students, who typically receive theoretical exposure. By showcasing their clinical activities, we aim to provide them with a platform to share their learning journey. Furthermore, students are encouraged to provide feedback and suggestions on any issues within the college’s working structure.”
The launch of the newsletter signifies LLRM Medical College’s commitment to nurturing holistic development among its student body and fostering a culture of open dialogue within the institution.
