New Delhi: The Imperial Hotel played host to the vibrant Delhi leg of promotions for the upcoming movie “Mr. & Mrs. Mahi,” starring the ever-charming Janhvi Kapoor. The film, slated for a theatrical release on May 31st, 2024, has generated much buzz, and Kapoor’s presence in the capital only fueled the excitement.
Beaming with her signature smile, Kapoor addressed the gathering, expressing her warm connection to Delhi. “Delhi always feels like home,” she said, reminiscing about her previous visit for the promotions of “Dhadak.” However, fans missed seeing Rajkummar Rao, Kapoor’s co-star, who’s currently filming another project in Varanasi.

Kapoor shed light on the dedication and discipline required for her role. “I had to gain around 8-9 kgs and then follow a rigorous fitness regime to get into the physique of a cricketer,” she revealed. “It was undeniably challenging, but also an incredibly rewarding experience.”
When quizzed about her favorite cricketer, Kapoor didn’t hesitate. “Mahendra Singh Dhoni, hands down!” she declared, leaving no doubt about her admiration for the legendary captain.

The Delhi promotions for “Mr. & Mrs. Mahi” were a resounding success, further amplifying anticipation for the film’s release. With Kapoor’s infectious energy and the intriguing premise, this cinematic venture promises to be a hit with audiences nationwide
