INVESTITURE CEREMONY, Army Public School (PW) Meerut Cantt
Meerut Cantt : The Investiture Ceremony of the Primary Wing of Army Public School, Meerut Cantt was held on 06 May,2022. Mrs Reinu Babbar, Vice Principal Chirag Grammar School, Meerut was the Chief Guest and Col Sanjay Babbar , SO School as the Guest of Honour on this occasion.
The programme began with the presentation of green bouquets to the Chief Guest and the Guest of Honour by the students. This was followed by the AWES song, Welcome dance and Goan dance. The members of the newly appointed Prefectorial Council were adorned with sashes and badges of appointment by the Chief Guest, the Guest of Honour, the Vice Principal and the House Mistresses.
This elite team of Prefects was led by the Junior School Captain Atharv Agarwal, Junior School Vice Captain Mananya Kukreti, Junior Sports Captain Ankush Khan and Junior Sports Vice Captain Deepanshi Soam. The Vice Principal, Mrs Santosh Dobhal, administered the oath to the Prefectorial Council. She congratulated the newly appointed council members and reminded them that they are the torch bearers of the values that the school stands for. She also called upon them to fulfill their responsibilities with integrity and commitment.
The Chief Guest and the Guest of Honour congratulated the newly appointed members of the Prefectorial Council. They also appreciated the efforts being put in by the school for providing ample opportunities to the students to showcase their talent.
The programme was organised with the cooperation of all the teachers under the able guidance of the Head Mistress, Mrs Mamta Singh and the Wing Coordinator, Mrs Preeti Tyagi.
