Indirapuram Public School, Pratap Vihar Celebrates Annual Function ‘Sanskriti Sangam’ with Cultural Grandeur

Ghaziabad | May 10, 2025 : The spirit of unity in diversity came alive at Indirapuram Public School, Pratap Vihar as the school celebrated its much-anticipated Annual Day – Sanskriti Sangam: Confluence of Cultures at the Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Auditorium, Nehru Nagar, Ghaziabad.

The vibrant event unfolded in two grand segments, with the first session commencing with the traditional lighting of the ceremonial lamp, symbolizing knowledge and enlightenment. Dignitaries present at the occasion included Chief Guest Garima Singh (senior journalist), Special Guest Ghanshyam Upadhyay (anchor), along with School Secretary Priyank Joshi and Joint Secretary Amit Sinha, who were welcomed with warmth and floral greetings.

The program began with a captivating Ganesh Vandana, invoking blessings for an auspicious start. Principal Madhukar Priya presented the Annual Report, highlighting the school’s milestones, academic achievements, and overall growth during the session 2023–24.

Celebrating India’s Cultural and Diplomatic Tapestry

The theme of this year’s celebration was a powerful representation of India’s spiritual depth, cultural richness, and evolving international relations. Through mesmerizing dance performances and dramatic representations from various Indian states, the students beautifully portrayed India’s unity through its diverse traditions.

The audience was transported across the country as they witnessed vibrant dance forms, music, and customs, all brought together under one roof—reflecting the school’s ethos of cultural inclusivity and respect.

Honouring Academic Brilliance

Adding to the celebratory spirit, Secretary Priyank Joshi felicitated the academic achievers of 2023–24, awarding them trophies and cash prizes as a token of appreciation for their hard work and excellence.

Chief Guest Garima Singh commended the students for their passionate performances and urged the audience to support and uplift the morale of India’s soldiers, emphasizing unity and national pride in today’s times.

Call for Encouragement and Harmony

In his concluding remarks, Secretary Priyank Joshi encouraged parents to actively motivate their children to participate in cultural activities and uphold religious harmony within communities.

The vote of thanks was delivered by Foundational In-charge Ms. Rekha Bisht, who expressed deep gratitude to all staff, volunteers, and participants for their unwavering support in making the event a resounding success. The first segment concluded with the national anthem, echoing the collective pride and emotion of all present.
