Inauguration of New Residential School for Divyangjan (Specially-abled) by State Minister

Meerut: Narendra Kashyap, State Minister for Backward Class Welfare and Empowerment of Divyangjan (Specially-abled), undertook an inspection of the newly constructed Junior High School (Residential) in Paratapur Baral, Meerut. The Minister personally examined the quality of construction materials used and provided instructions for ensuring timely completion of the project.

The school aims to provide education to Divyangjan from the surrounding districts, thereby making education more accessible for differently-abled individuals in the region. The Minister emphasized the importance of the institution in enabling Divyangjan to pursue education conveniently, improving their quality of life.

Present at the event were Vishal Kashyap, Deputy Ministerial Representative; Mahesh Dixit, Additional District Magistrate (Civil Lines); Dr. Preetilata Rajput, Deputy Director, Divyangjan Empowerment Department, Meerut District; Shailesh Rai, District Empowerment Officer, Meerut; Project Manager, UP Projects Corporation; and the Lower Engineer of Construction and Design Services, Uttar Pradesh Jal Nigam (Urban), among others.

This endeavor is a significant step toward enhancing educational opportunities for Divyangjan, promoting inclusivity, and providing a platform for personal and academic growth. The school is expected to positively impact the lives of differently-abled students and empower them for a brighter future.
