Husband Used To Forcibly Take To Wife Swapping Parties, After The Complaint Of The Woman, The Court Ordered To Register A Case

Muzaffarnagar : A woman from Muzaffarnagar district of Uttar Pradesh has accused her husband of wife swapping. On the directions of the court, the police have registered a case against the husband and brother-in-law of the victim. The woman alleges that her husband forcibly takes her to wife-swapping parties. The husband also pressurizes her to have a relationship with her brother-in-law.

The victim, in her complaint before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I (ACJM-1) court in Muzaffarnagar, stated that her husband, along with a businessman, used to threaten her and forcibly take her to such parties. After hearing the complaint of the victim, the police registered a case against the accused on the orders of the court.

The victim woman told in the court that in 2021 she had her second marriage. After marriage, she moved to Gurugram. In the beginning, everything was fine, but one day her husband took her to Delhi for a wife exchange party on the pretext of shopping. There I was given a cold drink to drink. As soon as I drank it, I started getting intoxicated. Meanwhile, I was raped there.

The victim said in the complaint that after this her husband would often take her to wife-swapping parties and when she refused to go, would beat and sexually abuse her. He would say that all this happens in the high class. Gradually you too will get used to it.

According to the victim, on April 24, she went to the police station to complain about it, but on the way, her husband’s goons stopped her and threatened to kill her if she went to the police. Said that if I told anyone about this, they would kill me.

The police have registered a case against the accused husband under sections like rape, attempt to murder, criminal intimidation, causing hurt and willful insult with intent to cause a breach of the peace. According to the police, the incident took place in Gurugram, so the matter will be transferred to the concerned police station.
