Gaur Cascades Elects New AOA Board for 2025–26 Term, Vows Inclusive Growth

Raj Nagar Extension, Ghaziabad: In a vibrant show of community spirit, Gaur Cascades Society has formed its newly elected Apartment Owners Association (AOA) board for the 2025–26 term. With a unanimous consensus, Chandrabhan Sharma has been chosen as the new AOA President. The elections were conducted peacefully on Sunday, with residents turning out in significant numbers to participate in the democratic process.

The newly elected board met on Thursday to allocate responsibilities and officially announce key designations. Niraj Singh was named Vice President, while Punit Goyal assumed the role of General Secretary. Akhil Agarwal was appointed Treasurer.

The core committee includes dedicated members such as Iti Singhal, Nidhi Sharma, Anil Jain, Sanjeev Malik, Abhishek Gupta and Anuj Rathi , reflecting a diverse and committed group determined to uplift the society.

Speaking on behalf of the board, the team emphasized their collective goal:

“Our only objective is the holistic development of the society, with everyone moving forward together.
Gaur Cascades is not tied to any single ideology – it is our shared family.”

The residents expressed optimism about the board’s vision, which centers on unity, transparency, and progress. The new leadership has promised to focus on infrastructure upgrades, safety, community engagement, and overall well-being of all residents.

The board also extended heartfelt gratitude to the society members for their trust and participation in the democratic process, assuring regular communication and inclusive decision-making.
