Noida : A man who came to enjoy a night party was attacked by the three goons inside the mall, police have registered the case and started an investigation. These types of incidents keep happening in nightclubs, bars, and restaurants almost every day in Noida. In a pub of Garden Galleria Mall located in Police Station Sector 39 area, the case of the youth being beaten to death by bouncers was not yet settled and a new incident of assault with a person who had come to the party in a pub of the same mall has come to the fore. The incident happened last Friday in which the complainant has now filed a report. The victim’s bone has been broken in the attack, Sector 39 police station has registered a case and started an investigation.
Based on the complaint, at around 10 pm night of 17th June, Udayveer, a resident of Delhi Gandhinagar, had come to a party with his friends at the Smoke Factory Club located in Garden Galleria Mall, during which he had an argument with three people about something. When the victim complained about this to the manager of the club, then he expelled them outside of the club. After some time, a call came on Uday’s phone, due to loud noise inside the club. Uday came out of the club to talk on the phone, where the same three boys present outside the club together attacked him from behind, due to which Uday’s jaw and eye were seriously injured. At the same time, the maxillary bone under the eye was broken, after the incident, the victim complained to the police.
Police got the victim admitted to the hospital for medical treatment, on the basis of interrogation with the manager of the club, one of the accused boys has been identified. The name of the accused is Nitin and he is said to be a resident of Meerut, at present police have started the investigation by registering a case on the complaint of the victim.
This is not the first case in Noida when such an incident has happened to a person in a club, bar, or restaurant. Earlier, on the night of April 25, Brijesh Rai, a resident of Bihar, was beaten to death by bouncers in another pub in Garden Galleria Mall itself. Along with this, two youths were assaulted in a restaurant located in Sector 15 of Police Station Phase One area, in which both had to be admitted to ICU. Although the police arrested the accused in both cases and sent them to jail, such incidents in a hi-tech city like Noida are a matter of concern. Police officers say that the police keep patrolling around all the restaurant bars. Efforts are also made to maintain peace and order by talking to the management of the bar and restaurant so that no untoward incident takes place.
