Baghpat: Daughter-in-law Gang-raped By Taking Mother-in-law At Gunpoint, Case Filed On Court’s Order

Baghpat : In a village of Kotwali area in Barot of Baghpat district, the case of gang rape of a daughter-in-law by two youths of a particular community by taking mother-in-law at gunpoint has come to light. In this case, on the orders of the court, a case has been registered against the accused in Kotwali. The police have started nabbing the accused.

The case pertains to a village in the Kotwali area. According to the victim, she and her mother-in-law were present at the house a few days back. The rest of the family members had gone out for some work. Taking advantage of this, two youths of a particular community living in the neighboring house entered the house and tried to commit rape, on protesting, they also thrashed.

While hearing the noise, the mother-in-law ran, the accused took the mother-in-law to gunpoint and threatened to shoot her if she protested. After this, both of them were raped in turn and fled after threatening to kill them on complaining to the police.

It is alleged that earlier she pleaded for justice in front of the outpost in charge and then in Kotwali, but no hearing took place. After which the victim approached the court. After this, on the orders of the court, a case was registered against the accused Furkan and Shokeen in the police station. CO Saviratna Gautam told that a case has been registered on the orders of the court, and soon the accused will be in police custody.
