Army Public School Meerut Shines at Youth Ideathon 2023: Wins Gold Award for School of Innovation

New Delhi: In a spectacular display of talent and innovation, Army Public School Meerut made an indelible mark at the Youth Ideathon 2023, hosted at IIT Delhi on November 19, 2023. The event, drawing a staggering participation of 95,000 students from various CBSE schools, witnessed the active involvement of over 1000 students from Army Public School Meerut.

The school’s commitment to fostering innovation and creativity was duly recognized as it clinched the prestigious Gold Award – School of Innovation. This accolade positioned Army Public School Meerut as the third-ranking institution among all participating CBSE schools, emphasizing its significant contribution to the event.

The remarkable achievements didn’t stop there. Six students from the school secured positions in the top 1000, a testament to their exceptional talent and dedication. Impressively, three students made it to the top 50, showcasing an outstanding level of skill and innovation.

Class XI-C’s Shakshi emerged as an exemplary student, earning the title of Community Leader for her commendable efforts in encouraging and motivating a higher number of students to participate in this stimulating challenge. Her leadership played a pivotal role in the school’s success.

Recognizing the pivotal role of mentors, Ms. Yukti, an esteemed teacher from Army Public School Meerut, received the Gold Award for Mentor of Innovation. Her guidance spanned across multiple teams, significantly contributing to their success and fostering an environment of innovation within the school.
