Youth Diwali Carnival at MSM: A Celebration of Creativity, Culture and Confidence

Meerut, October 11, 2025:
In a dazzling display of youth, culture, and creativity, the Master School of Management (MSM), Meerut hosted its first-ever Youth Diwali Carnival on October 11, 2025. Entirely conceptualized and executed by the students, the event radiated energy, enthusiasm, and innovation, turning the MSM campus into a vibrant hub of celebration and expression.

With the complete encouragement and support of the institution’s management, students took charge of everything—from ideation and planning to flawless execution—demonstrating leadership, teamwork, and artistic flair. The atmosphere was electric as the campus came alive with lights, music, and festive cheer.

The evening’s showstopper was the electrifying performance by internationally acclaimed DJ Muneka, whose high-energy beats had the crowd dancing in unison. Students from MSM, along with participants from neighboring colleges, joined the celebration, infusing the night with youthful exuberance and joy.

The cultural segment added artistic richness to the carnival with mesmerizing performances by the Sama Band, featuring fusion Kathak, solo guitar recitals, live drumming, and dynamic dance routines by young artists. The highlight of the evening, however, was the fashion show, where confident students walked the ramp with elegance and style, captivating the audience with their poise and charm.

More than just a festival, the Youth Diwali Carnival embodied MSM’s philosophy of empowering students through experiential learning—nurturing creativity, confidence, and leadership. The presence of a large number of parents added warmth and emotional depth to the event, making it a true community celebration.

MSM’s founder Mr. Sudhir Sharma attributed the event’s success entirely to the students, saying, “This was a student-driven initiative—from selecting performers and managing sponsorships to planning stalls and running the entire event. Our faculty merely gave them the freedom to explore and express their abilities. This carnival is a shining example of how our students integrate learning with real-world execution.”

Concluding the evening, Dean Prof. Mohit Sati congratulated the organizing team and assured that such student-led initiatives would continue in the future, helping learners evolve, refine their skills, and realize their fullest potential.
