Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh: In a magnificent display of spirituality and reverence, the city of Gwalior is eagerly preparing to host a grand Rath Yatra, reminiscent of the illustrious Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra of Puri, Odisha. The meticulously planned event, organized by Devendra Pratap Singh Tomar, son of Union Minister Narendra Singh Tomar, will commence at 3 PM today from the sacred grounds of Acheleshwar Temple, infusing the atmosphere with an aura of divinity.

The Rath Yatra holds great historical and religious significance, dating back centuries. Its roots can be traced to the ancient city of Puri, where Lord Jagannath, an incarnation of Lord Vishnu, is revered as the presiding deity.
