Meerut : On Sunday Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission conducted the Combined State-Upper Subordinate Services (Pvt) Examination 2022.
In Meerut district around 52% appeared for the examination out of the total 17,323 candidates registered. 8,955 appeared for the exam while 8,368 were absent. In the district exams were conducted at 37 centers.
To ensure fair examination Sector Magistrates and Observers were deputed at each center. The candidates were given entry only 10 minutes before the commencement of the examination.
The Public Service Commission exam is being held at major districts along with the divisional headquarters. Apart from Meerut in Meerut division, examination centers have been set up in Ghaziabad. The examinees of all the 6 districts of the Meerut Division were allocated these two centers. Similarly for Saharanpur division, examination centers were being set up in Saharanpur and Muzaffarnagar.
