Jayant Chaudhary Met Akhilesh Yadav After The Meeting Of The MLAs Of Rashtriya Lok Dal, Said – The Alliance Will Continue

Lucknow (NewsReach) : Rashtriya Lok Dal President Jayant Chaudhary, who had an alliance with the Samajwadi Party in the Uttar Pradesh assembly elections, was in Lucknow on Saturday. Jayant Chaudhary also met Akhilesh Yadav after visiting the Samajwadi Party office after meeting the newly elected eight MLAs and party leaders at the RLD office in Lucknow.
Jayant Chaudhary reached the Samajwadi Party office on Vikramaditya Marg directly after meeting with his party MLAs on Saturday. Here he had a conversation with Akhilesh Yadav for about 45 minutes. Jayant Chaudhary welcomed the decision of Samajwadi Party President Akhilesh Yadav to continue as a member of the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly after this meeting. Jayant Chaudhary said that we respect the decision of Akhilesh Yadav. The decision he has now taken to remain in the assembly will have far-reaching consequences.

Jayant said that SP national president Akhilesh Yadav has taken a good decision. In the assembly, the opposition will work firmly to surround the ruling party. He congratulated Akhilesh on being elected the leader of the SP Legislature Party. Jayant Chaudhary had reached there with the MLAs of his party. He said that we will remain with Akhilesh Yadav even in future and the scope of the alliance will increase further.
Earlier, Rashtriya Lok Dal (RLD) national president Jayant Chaudhary held a meeting with the newly elected MLAs at the party’s state office on Saturday. All the eight MLAs were present in the meeting. After this, talking to reporters, Jayant Chaudhary said that we are reviewing the election results afresh. The struggle for farmers and the fight for social justice to the backwards will continue. The main focus of the party will be on youth and women.

He said that he will play a long innings with the Samajwadi Party and will fight the Lok Sabha elections together. On the question of Dr Masood Ahmed resigning from the post of the party’s state president on the allegation of selling tickets, Jayant said that his allegations are baseless. I have constituted a committee which will soon select the new state president. The party has issued an email id for taking public feedback and is getting suggestions and complaints from a large number of people. Instructions have been given to all the MLAs to work with full force to solve the problems of the people. Will he be the candidate of SP and RLD alliance in Rajya Sabha elections? In response to this question, Jayant said that the elections are in July-August and it is too early to say anything on this.
