New Delhi (NewsReach) : Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulated Pushkar Singh Dhami on taking oath as the Chief Minister of Uttarakhand and expressed confidence that his government will set a new paradigm of development in line with the aspirations of the people. Pushkar Singh Dhami took oath as the Chief Minister of Uttarakhand on Wednesday. Governor Lt Gen (Retd) Gurmeet Singh administered the oath of office and secrecy to Dhami at a grand swearing-in ceremony at Parade Ground in Dehradun.

Prime Minister Modi also became a witness to this swearing-in. In a tweet, Modi said, “Many congratulations to Pushkar Singh Dhami on taking oath as the Chief Minister of Uttarakhand. In the last 5 years, Devbhoomi has made rapid progress in every field. I am sure that you and all your ministers will give further impetus to it, setting a new paradigm of development according to the aspirations of the people.
